Stimulation of the cell cycle, DNA repair and cell survival in CD271⁺ melanoma cells, in contrast to emphasis on differentiation processes in CD271⁻ cells and normal melanocytes. The ratio of CD271⁺/CD271⁻ transcriptomes reveals enrichment of CD271-associated pathways. Directional, normalized enrichment scores are color-coded (positive in yellow, negative in blue) and functionally grouped by cell type for melanoma and melanocytes for (A) cell cycle processes, (B) differentiation processes, and (C) nucleotide excision repair (NER).
