(C) BiFC assay in C2C12 cells co-transfected with VN-RhoE and VC-p65 truncated mutants. (D-E) HEK293T cells were co-transfected of HA-p50 and flag-p65 expression constructs together with empty vector or myc-RhoE expression construct. Interaction between p65 and p50 was analyzed by co-IP assay using anti-flag (D) or anti-HA (E) antibodies as the immunoprecipitation antibody.
