SF1 Interacts With ACS2.

(A) Interaction between SF1 and ACS2 verified by yeast two-hybrid assays. Interaction between SF1 and ACS2 was identified, showing growth on medium lacking Leu, Try, His, and Ade (4D), and showing blue color in an X-Gal assay. (B) Pull-down assays confirming the interaction between GST-SF1 or GST-SF1^R230K and His-MYC-ACS2 in vitro. GST protein was used as the negative control.

(C) Coimmunoprecipitation assays indicating the interaction between SF1 and ACS2 in vivo. Arrows indicate the immunoprecipitated FLAG-ACS2 by MYC-SF1 and MYC-SF1^R230K. The (+) and (−) represent participation and absence, respectively, in the reaction.
