(A) HEY or SKOV3 cells with or without PAX8 depletion were labeled with firefly luciferase and implanted intraperitoneally. Tumor development in mice was monitored by bioluminescence imaging. (B) Three-dimensional reconstruction of tumor lesions in mice illustrated impaired abdominopelvic spreading upon PAX8 depletion.
