(B) Summary of CBF changes before ACA and 24 hours after ACA. Each animal served as its’ own control. Cortical CBF was expressed as percent change in flow from baseline (CBF 30 mins before ACA). Results were expressed as mean ± SEM. *p≤0.05 indicates significantly different from vehicle, evaluated by ANOVA with Tukey’s post hoc test. n indicates number of experiments.
