Bioinformatics Prediction and RIP assay for the binding ability of circ_0007766 to eIF4A3. A: Bioinformatics predictions revealed that circ_0007766 and eIF4A3 had eight binding sites, with the largest number of binding sites among all binding proteins; B: Using IgG as control, qPCR was used to detect the expression level of RNA and circ_0007766 bound by eIF4A3 antibody.
