Effects of GNF-2 on STZ-induced diabetic pain. To investigate the role of c-Abl in STZ-induced pain phenotypes, GNF-2 was administered intraperitoneally at the indicated time point. STZ injection reduced PWL to heat (A) as well as PWT to force (B) when compared with vehicle-injected control animals. The STZ-induced pain hypersensitivity was attenuated in the GNF-2-injected mice (10 mg/kg).
