KDIGO Criteria
Stage 1: Increased of ≥0.3 mg/dl or to 1.5–1.9 times baseline
Stage 2: To 2–2.9 times baseline
Stage 3: To 3.0 times baseline or at least 4.0 mg/dl or initiation of RRT
