Custom made positioning device. The participant lies in the prone position with the wrist extended forward. The positioning device allows active wrist motion along the flexion–extension or radioulnar deviation motion axis. The hand grasps a rod, which can be repositioned to place the wrist in the centre of the two rotation axes of the instrument.
