The horizontal axes show the degree of wrist extension (−), flexion (+), ulnar (−) or radial (+) deviation, which is defined by the rotation of the capitate about the x-axis of the anatomical coordinate system (Figure 2). The y-axes define the translations (left column) along, and rotations (right column) around the axes of the anatomical coordinate system of the radius. The mean and 95% confidence intervals for every 5° of wrist motion are visualized.
