IC₅₀ values with their corresponding 95 % confidence intervals (CIs) were determined by non-linear regression. MAdV-2 infection is not inhibited by (b) soluble GlcNAc or (c) GlcNAc-containing polymers. The data are expressed relative to control cells infected in the absence of inhibitor (100 %). The results are the means of at least three independent experiments.
