There was a significant sleep × meal timing interaction on ghrelin concentrations (P = 0.032). There was no effect of sleep timing, meal timing, and their interaction on leptin concentrations. There was a significant sleep × meal timing interaction on GLP-1 concentrations (P = 0.041).
