The permeability-surface area product (PS) and cerebrovascular plasma volume (Vp) of 125I-ApoA-I in various regions of rat brain at 60 minutes

Data represent mean ± S.D. (n = 6). 131I-ApoA-I was injected to serve as a measure of Vp. According to one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post tests, the PS and Vp values for the brain stem and cerebellum are significantly greater (P < 0.05) than that of other regions.
