Eupatilin inhibits the growth of glioma in xenografted nude mice. Nude mice with uniform tumor size were injected intraperitoneally with 20 mg/kg eupatilin every other day. The body weight was calculated every 7 days for 30 consecutive days. There was a significant difference in tumor volume (A and C) and weight (D) in nude mice after 1 month of continuous injection, and the difference was statistically significant. *P<0.05 vs the control group. There was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups (B). The drug toxicity group observed the drug toxicity by HE staining of each organ (E). Tumor tissues were stained with HE (F). P-cofilinSer3 and Ki-67 were stained with immunohistochemistry (G).
