Fold changes of gene expression in selected genes after radiation exposure in the 3 clusters of CD4+, CD8+/NK, and naïve cells. FDXR and BBC3 were upregulated by radiation, whereas HSPA1A was downregulated, in all three groups. The upregulation of STAT1 and IRF1 was found in CD4+ and naïve cells, but not in CD8+/NK cells.
