Suppression of intracellular lipid accumulation by CG-1. (A) Cytotoxicity of CG-1 in 3T3-L1 cells. The cells were incubated for 6 days in DMEM with various concentrations of CG-1 (0-10 μM). (B) Oil Red O staining of intracellular lipid droplets. 3T3-L1 cells (undifferentiated cells: U) were differentiated into adipocytes (D) for 6 days in DMEM with various concentrations of CG-1 (0–10 μM).
