Comparison of the survival condition among the miRNA-145 high expression group, the miRNA-145 low expression group, the miRNA-218 high expression group and the miRNA-218 low expression group. The detection results of Kaplan-Meier and log-rank test show that the median survival time of the high expression group was 30 months, and the median survival time of the low expression group was 26 months. At the end of the return visit, the mortality of the high expression group was 54.79%, and the mortality of the low expression group was 89.83%, the differences between the two groups are statistically significant (χ²=4.371, P=0.037).
