Sensitivity of OS cells to CXCR4 antagonists. Cells were exposed to increasing doses of MDX1338 and AMD3100 for 48 h and 72 h. A proliferation decrease of 30–40% compared to non treated cells occurred at 48 h at the doses of 0.5 µg/ml and 30 µg/ml respectively by counting with trypan blue.
