B) Comparative IL-6 profiles for n = 6 individual donors (performed in 3 independent experiments) following different initial stimulations with PBS, MDP or CL429 each at 0.1 μM. The second stimulation was performed with PBS as a control, LPS (100 ng/mL) or live leptospires (serovars Manilae and Fiocruz) at MOI of 100. Each number corresponds to an individual donor. Each dot represents a training condition for a particular donor, and the graphed value corresponds to the average of 4 technical replicates.
