Operons regulated in response to salt. Multiple salt-responsive genes identified using RNA-seq were mapped to the same operons. Fifteen genes upregulated in response to high salt conditions were mapped to 5 operons (green arrows), and 68 downregulated genes were mapped to 27 operons (red arrows).
