Flow cytometry analysis of apoptosis induction by 35 (QCA570) in MOLM13 (A), MV4;11 (B), and RS4;11 (C and D) leukemia cells. Cells were treated with the BET degrader 35 (QCA570) or the corresponding BET inhibitor (22) at the indicated concentrations for 24 h (A, B, C) or 48 h (D). Apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometry using Annexin V and propidium iodine (PI) double staining.
