Adoptive transfer of KO-DC induces less activation and IFN-γ production by NK cells. Naive recipient mice (C57BL/6) were delivered DCs isolated from spleens of Cpn-infected iNKT KO mice (KO-DC) and WT mice (WT-DC). The recipient mice were sacrificed at day 3 after Cpn challenge. The spleen cells were collected to measure CD69 and CD25 expression and IFN-γ production by NK cells using flow cytometry. The percentage of CD69+ (a), CD25+ (b), and IFN-γ+ (c) NK cells was summarized. The data represent one of three similar experiments and are shown as mean ± SD. p < 0.05.
