(A) WT and S100a4-TK mice were treated with GCV from D1-14 post-surgery to ablate proliferating S100a4+ cells. At D14 (B) MTP Flexion Angle was significantly reduced, and (C) Gliding Resistance was significantly increased in S100a4-TK repairs, relative to WT. (D) A non-significant decrease in Max load at failure and (E) a significant reduction in Stiffness were observed in S100a4-TK repairs (n = 8–11).
