(A) An MTT assay was performed to assess the synergistic effects of TSA and DOX on the proliferation of PC3 cells. PC3 cells were treated with 0.25 µM TSA and different doses of DOX (0, 0.13, 0.25 or 0.5 µM) for 72 h. ***P<0.001 vs. respective control.
