The binding capability of selected murine monoclonal antibody with CD276 was determined by flow cytometer. 0.5ug mouse monoclonal antibody was incubated with 1*106 FTC-133-CD276 stable cells followed by PE-conjugated secondary antibody staining. The samples were subjected to analysis by thermo Attune NXT flow cytometer.
