CyH inhibited the capillary tube formation in vitro. HUVECs (5×10³ /well) were seeded onto the surface of 96-well cell culture plates pre-coated with polymerized ECMatrix^TM and then incubated at 37 °C for 6~8 h in the conditioned media containing various concentrations (0, 0.78, 1.56, 3.13, and 6.25 μM) of CyH. The tube formation in A549 (A) and H460 (B) was observed under a phase-contrast microscope (original magnification, ×200). The total tube length in three random view-fields per well was measured by Scion Image software, and average value was calculated. The results represented the mean ± SD from three replicate experiments. Compared with control (lane 2), ^**P<0.01.
