Colonization of the GFP-tagged P. beijingensis BJ-18 in the seedlings of wheat. Wheat seedlings were grown in the presence of GFP-tagged P. beijingensis BJ-18 for 2 weeks. Images were taken with a fluorescent microscope. Excitation was at 488 nm.
