(A) The OncoPrint schematic revealed that the COL5A1 gene altered in 32/817 (4%) sequenced samples with 4 cases of amplification, 11 cases of missense mutation, 4 cases of deep deletion, 1 case of mRNA upregulation, 1 case of truncating mutation and 11 cases of mRNA downregulation. (B) The mutated locations of COL5A1 based on OncoPrint: Somatic mutation frequency of COL5A1 was 1.5% and missense mutations were most prominent in BC.
