(A,B) The percentage of G₁ was decreased while the percentage of S was increased in K1 (A) and B-CPAP (B) cells transfected with shHSDL2, compared with corresponding cells transfected with shCtrl (*P<0.05, **P<0.01). (C,D) Cell apoptosis was enhanced in both of HSDL2-knockdown K1 (C) and B-CPAP (D) cells in comparison with the controls (**P<0.01). All cell experiments were repeated in triplicate using three separate cell cultures.
