The inhalation of essential oil of Eucalyptus (EOE) reduced licking time in the second phase of the formalin test. Licking time with the inhalation of control (distilled water [DW]) or EOE mixed with the same volume of dextrose water for 1, 2, 4, 8, and during groups before the formalin test. Each value represents the mean and standard error of mean. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.001, compared to the control group. One-way analysis of variance followed by Tukey’s post hoc test was used. The number of animals in the control group was 7 and in the during group was 8.
