(A,B) TNC protein levels in total cell and conditioned medium from untransfected (SW620), empty vector (SW620/Vector) and TNC-shRNA plasmid transfected SW620 cells (SW620/shTNC) were detected by western blot analysis. (C) Treatment with conditioned media (CM) from SW620/sh-TNC cells decreased ITGB3, phosphorylation of FAK-397 and phosphorylation of Akt-473 in HUVECs as compared with CM from untransfected SW620 cells.
