The first column is the taxonomic group. The second column is the minimum number of species that must include an ortholog annotation for it to be included in the matrix. The third column is the number of orthologs with the minimum number of species annotations. The fourth column is the number of nucleotide characters in the combined alignment of all orthologs included in the analysis.
