Structural characterization of the SF films after different treatments by FT-IR (A), XRD (B) and XPS (C). a and c are the pristine SF film before (a) and after (c) mineralization. b and d are the A-SF film before (b) and after (d) mineralization. The surface of A-SF films owned more oxygen content and random coils. The nHAp formed on the A-SF films showed a higher crystalline degree than that on the pristine SF films. The indexed peaks in B were corresponding to HAp structure.
