Relationship between percent change in VO2_peak and percent change in SICI. A significant interaction between percent change in VO2_peak and BDNF Val66Met polymorphism was revealed for SICI. Only Val/Val carriers showed a significant relationship between percent change in VO2_peak and percent change in SICI such that greater gains in VO2_peak were associated with greater increases in the depth of SICI.
