Flow cytometry was employed to analyze the number of ESA+/CD24−/CD44+ BCSCs at 24 h after H2O2 treatment. (B) Quantification of flow cytometry data demonstrates that H2O2 treatment increases the percentage of BCSCs in a dose-dependent manner.
