Flow cytometry was employed to analyze the number of ESA+/CD24/CD44+ BCSCs at 24 h after H2O2 treatment. (A) Representative flow cytometry graphs are presented, showing that H2O2 treatment increases the number of ESA+/CD24/CD44+ cells. (B) Quantification of flow cytometry data demonstrates that H2O2 treatment increases the percentage of BCSCs in a dose-dependent manner. (C) A representative flow cytometry analysis of apoptosis in the ESA+/CD24/CD44+ subpopulations. (D) Flow cytometry analysis revealed that H2O2 treatment has no significant effect on apoptotic cell death in BCSCs.
