The protective effects of AR-M1896 against H2O2-induced toxicity in cultured cortical astrocytes of rats. (a) Using the CCK technique, treatment with 100 nM-10 pM of AR-M1896 showed significant protective effects against H2O2-induced toxicity; (b) treatment with AR-M1896 alone did not have any significant effect on the astrocyte viability compared with the control group.
