Effects of celecoxib, indomethacin and ibuprofen (2.5 and 5 μM) on Bax/Bcl-2 expression by real-time PCR analysis in nerve growth factor (NGF)-differentiated PC12 cells induced by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). Cell pretreatment with celecoxib, indomethacin and ibuprofen decreased Bax/Bcl-2 to a level near that of control and the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio is slightly similar for all three drugs.
