Effects of celecoxib, indomethacin and ibuprofen (2.5 and 5 μM) on protein levels of caspase-3, Bax, Bcl-2, stress-activated protein kinases/c-Jun N-terminal kinases (SAPK/JNK), P-SPAK/JNK, poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), and nuclear factor kappa B (NFκB) by western blot analysis in nerve growth factor (NGF)-differentiated PC12 cells induced by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA).
