We used the following criteria: fold change >2 (Log fold change >1), FDR <0.01, and RPKM >1. We identified genes meeting all three criteria in EGFR inhibition versus control but not in the glioblastoma versus astrocyte comparison. We ranked genes by FDR and listed the top 20 genes.
