Effect of candidate drugs on primary CRC cells (a) and normal fibroblasts (b). 12,000  T18 cells (a) or 5,000 CCD-18-CO cells (b) were seeded in 100 μL of growth medium into each well of a 96 well plate. 24 h after seeding, medium in each well was exchanged and cells were treated with the corresponding drugs at different concentrations.
