CBLL1 promotes cell proliferation and anchorage‐independent cell growth in A549 and H1299 cells. (a) CCK8 growth curves showed that the proliferation ability of A549 and H1299 cells was decreased after transfection with CBLL1 siRNA, *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01. (b) Assessment of clonogenic potential of the CBLL1‐depleted NSCLC cells. The colony formation ability decreased in the cells transfected with CBLL1 siRNA compared with the cells transfected with negative control siRNA (P < 0.01).
