AAV2.COMP-Ang1 treatment reduced levels of phosphorylated ERK1/2 in the absence of Tie2 upregulation. (A) Protein levels of phosphorylated ERK1/2 in AAV2.COMP-Ang1 (CA1) retinas were 41% lower than diabetic control retinas, although this trend was not significant. (NI, no injection).
