A: MyLa cells were incubated in a transwell migration plate with bottom chamber nourished with chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 12 (CXCL12), CCL21, and CCL2 for 2 and 4 h. Cell migration was measured as the number of cells migrating from upper chamber to lower chamber as standardized by the data from the group without any chemokines (three independent experiments with triplicates). B: MyLa cells were incubated with CCL21 for 0, 20, 40, and 60 min and their expression of MALAT1 was then measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction.
