TABLE I.

Values of the stiffness coefficients for oxDNA1 and oxDNA2 (expressed in nm), derived from MD data of Ref. [15]. oxDNA1, which has symmetric grooves, is characterized by a negligible twist-bend coupling constant, while G = 25 nm for oxDNA2, which has asymmetric grooves. The values of κb and κt are obtained from Eqs. (20) and (21), respectively, and were found to agree with direct computations of those quantities [15]. Note that the oxDNA2 stiffness coefficients have been transformed to coordinates compatible with this paper, see Appendix D).

oxDNA2 85(10) 35(2) 109(1) 25(1) 44 92
