Prevalence of screen detected and undertreated individual cardiovascular risk factors in cases and controls. The prevalence of all of the cardiovascular risk factors studied was significantly higher in women undergoing treatment for endometrial cancer than the general population when screen detected and undertreated conditions were considered. Of particular note was that 57.2% of endometrial cancer survivors were found to have either diabetes or hyperglycemia that had been previously unrecognized compared with 11.5% of controls (p < 0.0001). **p ≤ 0.01, ***p ≤ 0.001.
