Prevalence of one or more cardiovascular risk factors. These results mirror those from the whole population analysis; significantly more women with endometrial cancer had at least one cardiovascular risk factor, with the majority being screen-detected or inadequately treated. At least one cardiovascular risk factor was present in 88.4% of endometrial cancer patients compared with 62.8% of the general population (p < 0.0001).
