si-hVDAC1 Treatment Markedly Reduced Cancer Stem Cell Marker Expression in the U-87MG Cell Line after the Third and Fourth Transfections

(A) Immunoblots of selected neuronal stem cell markers (nestin, NGFR, KLF4, SOX2, ALDH1, the CD133) in protein extracts of U-87MG cells treated with si-NT or si-hVDAC1 for the indicated number of transfections using specific antibodies. β-Actin served as an internal loading control.
