Comparison of osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of BM-MSCs and SM-MSCs. Osteogenically induced MSCs stained with alizarin red are positive for extracellular calcium consistent with osteogenesis. Adipogenically induced MSCs demonstrated positive oil red O staining of lipid droplets consistent with adipogenesis.
