Comparison the pycr1 mRNA expression level among diverse tissues between wild type (WT) and pycr1 gene knockout (KO) zebrafish. Five tissues of brain, eyes, skin, bones and muscle were dissected from adult zebrafish aged at six-month-old and subjected to perform real time RT-PCR for mRNA expression quantification. The relative pycr1 expression level were normalized by using a house keeping β-actin gene. The data was expressed as mean ± S.E.M. and the significant difference was tested by two-way ANOVA (sample size n = 6 for each tissue samples, **** p < 0.0001).
