Tonic Immobility (TI) quantitative trait loci (QTL) identified in the main mapping population. Chromosome, position (in cM and chr:bp), additive and dominance effects, lower and upper confidence intervals (CI), as well as covariates used and any epistatic interactions incorporated are provided, as is the total variance explained by each QTL (r-squared) and the nearest genetic marker to the upper and lower C.I.
